DCW RankAI integrates with Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s official Graph API to enable our agency clients to publish content to their connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to DCW RankAI, we receive and store:

– The names, IDs, and profile pictures of Pages and Instagram accounts you authorize
– A Page access token that allows us to publish content on your behalf
– Basic information about posts published through our platform

We use this data ONLY to perform the specific actions you request — publishing content, managing your connections, and displaying your account information in your dashboard.

We do NOT:

– Share Facebook or Instagram data with unauthorized third parties
– Use this data for advertising to third parties
– Access content other than what is necessary for the actions you request
– Store data beyond what is necessary for service operation

You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or by clicking “Disconnect” within the DCW RankAI client portal. Upon disconnection, we delete the associated access tokens within 7 days.

This usage complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Access tokens are stored encrypted in our secure database. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

– Account information: retained while your account is active, plus 90 days after closure
– Facebook and Instagram access tokens: deleted within 7 days of disconnection or account closure
– Analytics and engagement data: retained for 24 months
– Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by tax law

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Facebook Login with DCWireNet or DCW RankAI and want to delete your data, please send a request to dcohen@dcwirenet.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.

Once we receive your request, we will remove your data from our systems within 7 days, unless retention is required by law.

You may also revoke access at any time by:

1. Going to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
2. Finding “DCW RankAI” in the list of authorized apps
3. Clicking “Remove” to revoke access

Upon revocation, our system will delete the associated access tokens and account data within 7 days.
